- Our designers will modify the plan and offer you design solutions.
- We can make changes like enlarge a kitchen, add a bedroom, rearrange rooms, or enlarge or reduce the square footage of one of our plans.
- If you want a basement or wood floor we will draw them for most plans for a nominal fee.
- Although mechanical and plumbing plans, are not included in the standard package they are available as optional items.
- We can modify the exterior to look the way you like.
- All Semi-Custom Plans will be updated to your building department requirements at no additional cost. And will have our guarantee to pass your building department. (We must limit this offer to good soil conditions, reasonable site conditions and standard roof loading areas.)
